Just a quick note to tell you thank you for your help the last two times that I was in the Dental office, and for your assistance on the telephone.

When I spoke to you about the recommended dental services, you were able to articulate what each service entailed and the charges associated with them. Most importantly you were able to explain to me my dental coverage, the duplicate coverage that I have with my husband and the possible non-duplicating clause that my insurance has when it comes to covering spouses. That one was a tough one, but you were patient and succeeded where others had not.

It is a pleasure to see you in the office, and even before I get to the counter I hear your cheerful voice.

I hope that you can pass this along to your supervisor, to let her/him know that the clients appreciate you and your skills. A dental visit is generally not a pleasant experience for most, and any staff that can make the visit better is appreciated.

I absolutely love Affinity Dental Center. After struggling to find a Dentist that preffered composite over amalgam, my mom recommended I go to Affinity

Not only I was able to book an appointment that day, my daughter got the work she needed done on her teeth that day as well because she was in pain!

The staff was friendly and kind. The dentist was wonderful with my daughter, very compassionate. And I was able to get an awesome Insurance through them too that saved me a ton of money!

Even though you were not responsible for the dental problems I was experiencing when I first met you, I appreciate the genuine concern you demonstrated by simply taking the time and exploring the issues. Not only did you find the cause of my dental problems, but you also fixed them without placing the burden on someone else (like my previous dentist did). The bad taste in my mouth due to the remains of dental cement and a deflected crown has disappeared, and the pain in my upper right side due to a maladjusted crown has significantly decreased. You are a great dentist, a kind man, and a unique human being. What you have done for me has made a positive difference in my life. Thanks for being there for me.

Dear Dr. Nguyen and Linda,
Thank heavens for you on Friday August 6th, when i had my 1st (and hopefully last) root canal!! Yor laugh, warmth and gentleness got me through a scary situation.

Though endodontics is your daily bread and butter, its TERRIFYING to us patients, and you guys at the office never forget that!!! You treated me with GRACE and DIGNITY and I am so GRATEFUL for that!!

You guys make a wonderful team at the office and am BLESSED to have you for this!!!

The "cleaning session" helped me in many ways, as follows. I felt Hong did a good job, i.e., she was technically very competent. She was very concerned that ALL the stains be removed, and my teethe looked so white again. They looked youthful, instead of 70 years old. She taught me about the proper way to use my electronic toothe brush. I appreciate this. She taught me about keeping my tongue clean, and gave me a sample tongue cleaning item. In the 30+ years I have attended this Dental Office, no one has ever mentioned that before. I appreciate this and will follow her instructions.

She taught me about the "Big Four" as I call it. These are
1) Flossing your teeth
2) Brushing your teeth
3) Cleaning your gums
4) Rinsing your mouth.

Hong did all this in a friendly, courteous, informative, patient-oriented way.

I will gladly adopt her suggested regimen so I can keep my teethe healthy, and prevent future painful dental treatments.

While Hong and I talked, she suggested a good idea. A "patient suggestion box". I also suggest that "Patient Instruction Sheets", e.g., discussing, in simple terms, good dental care, as Hong discussed with me.

Thanks so much for having such technically competent and helpful employees on your staff. I'm looking forward to seeing Hong again. Please schedule my future cleanings with Hong in the future.

The receptionist is always upbeat and courteous. I especially like my hygenist Michael. Utmost professional, extremely knowledgable, thorough, and gentle!

I was very happy. When I retired, I tried a dentist closer to my home and had been unhappy. Your flyer came at the right time - I was ready to move back & get the great service I have always received!

Dr. Depriest and Rosie were most caring--I appreciate the time--effort--and treatment done on my last visit. It could not be better!!
